Day 3 - Galapagos Legend - North Seymour
Fly to Baltra to embark on the Galápagos Legend for your 3-night cruise. First Stop at the North Seymour a volcanic Island full of large nesting colonies of blue-footed boobies, magnificent and great frigate birds, and swallow-tailed gulls. On this day you will encounter sea bird breeding cycles, sea lions, land iguanas, and, with some luck, the famous Galápagos snake.
Day 4 Galapagos Legend - Bartolome and Santiago Islands
The first stop of the day is Bartolomé Island. We start with a hike to the summit of the Island to appreciate the views of the Surrounding Islands and the iconic Pinnacle Rock. As an optional tour, you can snorkel in one of the best snorkeling points in the islands, and see sea turtles, white-tipped reef sharks, and maybe even Galápagos penguins. In the Afternoon you will sail to Sullivan Bay on Santiago Island and take a walk on the lava flow floors, with their diverse flora. Some more time to snorkel from the white sand beach where you may see penguins, sea lions, sharks, and rays.
Day 5 - Galapagos Legend: San Cristobal
The day starts with a walk on the volcanic tuff of Pitt Islet on San Cristobal where three Galapagos booby species can be seen together. You will also find the two species of frigate birds and a sea lion colony. Later, head to Cerro Brujo for stunning views of the Kicker Rock and to visit a lagoon where migratory bird species like black-necked stilts, ruddy turnstones, whimbrels, other sandpiper species, and white-cheeked pintails can be seen. Finish the visit swimming with the sea lions and other marine life.
Day 6 - Galapagos Legend: San Cristobal
On our last day on the cruise, disembark in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno to visit the Giant Tortoise Reserve on San Cristobal. Buy last-minute souvenirs at the village before boarding back to the mainland
Day 7 - Guayaquil
After breakfast, take the transfer to Guayaquil’s international airport for the return home.
